Being a BS EN ISO 9001-2015 approved company also working to IPC-A-610A workmanship standards, quality of product and quality of service are the two most important aspects of B W Electronics Ltd. As a contract electronics manufacturer, we see ourselves as an extension of the companies for whom we build products and are proud of our excellent record in customer satisfaction.

Inspection & Test

Our customers products are continuously checked and inspected by our highly trained inspectors as they flow through the manufacturing process from kit inspection through to final checks.
The addition of AOI equipment offers yield enhancement through production.
We offer full test facilities via test box and PC to customers written specification.

Static Control

Many products today have static sensitive devices fitted to them, and correct handling of these products is of paramount importance.

We’re invested heavily in anti-static precautions, from fully Antistatic floor and carpets to wrist straps, shoes and overalls. We also use Antistatic packaging where appropriate and all members of staff handling static sensitive products have undergone specific training within this area.
