REACH Statement
BW Electronics is aware of REACH - the newly adopted European legislation directed to regulate the Registration, Evaluation, and Restriction of Chemical Substances.
We have proactively contacted all our suppliers and to the best of our knowledge and belief none of the articles we sell contain any of the 16 SVHC substances currently on the draft pre-candidate list.
Registration is required for companies that either produce or import into the EU any substance in volumes that exceed one tonne per substance. BW Electronics does not exceed this import amount, and will therefore not be required to register.
