As a sub contract manufacturer, we see ourselves as an extension of the companies for whom we build products and are proud of our excellent record in customer satisfaction.
Inspection & Test
Our customer's products are continuously checked and inspected by our highly trained staff as they flow through the manufacturing process, from kit inspection through to final checks. The addition of AOI equipment offers yield enhancement through production.
We are able to offer full functional test facilities via test box and PC to your written specification.
Static Control
Many of today's products have static sensitive devices fitted to them and correct handling of these products is of paramount importance.
BW Electronics have invested heavily in anti static precautions, from a fully antistatic floor and carpets to wrist straps, shoes and overalls. We also use antistatic packaging where appropriate and all members of staff handling static sensitive products have undergone specific training in this field.
