Printed Circuit Board Assembly
The printed circuit board assembly process always requires both innovative manufacturing concepts and flexible technology. At BW Electronics, our PCB assembly facility has been designed to accommodate all types of boards, from small to large, single-sided, double-sided, thin, thick, layered or even requiring mixed technology, all manufactured to IPC A-610 workmanship standard. PCB & Component Procurement
If the procurement phase is not managed correctly it could mean missing a delivery deadline and costing more than necessary.
In purchasing we constantly monitor the status of all required components, so there is no risk of a missing component delaying your project. We work very closely with our suppliers to achieve the best possible pricing, quality and lead times.
* Obtain accurate and up-to-date information on lead times for all components
* Secure stock with distributors for items with long lead times
* Locate obsolete or scarce stock on the international markets
* Where possible, consolidate requirements across all your projects to obtain favourable volume pricing.
* Propose lower cost alternatives for high volume items
* Constantly review the earliest supply of components so that your project can be released to manufacturing on time.
