We offer a complete design engineering facility. Our in-house design department is capable of ‘Complete Engineering',
from project concept to production at any level. We have great expertise in product evolvement in all fields of
electronics, all the way from simple analogue applications to the latest microprocessor based systems with ‘ flash’
memory devices. We also have the facilities to design the PCB and enclosure tooling, so we can take care of the
entire project - right down to in-house testing and packaging to suit the customers requirements.

If the customer requires one special product or several special products we are geared to accommodate your
requirements. Every project is unique and we have assisted many customers to evolve 'exactly what was required’
rather than our interpretation of the customers ideas. Of course we may offer our ‘ input ‘ from a wealth of
experience to refine your concepts.

A typical project may involve:

The ‘ Design ‘ Phase:
• Product evolvement and aims consultation meeting
• Prototype design - electronics
• Prototype design - product enclosure - by latest CAD technology
• Prototype product build
• Preliminary costing’s of production units
• Prototype test and evaluation
• Preliminary research into necessary approvals
• Prototype evaluation meeting and approval to next phase

The Pre-production Phase:
• Pre-production PCB design - employing latest CAD technology
• Finalization of product enclosure design
• Complete set of engineering drawings
• Small pre-production batch of product
• Evaluation of pre-production units
• Assistance with the gaining of any approvals, i.e. CE approval / RFI testing
• Final production costing's and approval to next phase

The Production Phase:
• Procurement of components for the first production run
• Product build
• Inspection
• Test
• Packaging into enclosure
• Final Test
• Packaging into shipping carton
• Dispatch direct to you / your customer

your needs. We charge by each phase to ensure complete satisfaction and ease of cashflow.
